3. Custom-Stitched & Bespoke Ensembles

Articles crafted to custom body measurements or bespoke stitching specifications are personalized exclusively for you and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect or measurement discrepancy on our part.

4. Refund Policy

As per luxury pret retail guidelines, we offer product exchanges or online store credits. Direct cash refunds are exclusively issued in the rare instance that a damaged, defective, or incorrect article was dispatched and a replacement cannot be provided.
