1. Delivery Timeline

Orders are dispatched through premium courier services across Pakistan. Your parcel will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Note: Custom-stitched or bespoke orders may require an additional 3 to 5 business days for tailoring and hand-finishing before dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

We are delighted to offer Nationwide Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden or additional shipping costs at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan. Customers can inspect the sealed package and pay the exact invoice amount to the courier rider upon receipt. Bank transfers and digital payments are also supported upon request.

4. Order Tracking & Dispatch Updates

Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp confirmation containing your tracking ID. You can easily monitor real-time tracking updates until delivery.
